Being, situated, or acting between two points, stages,things, persons, etc.
I get it, but those acronyms are kind of confusing.

Advanced
ad·vanced [ad-vanst, -vahnst]
Being beyond others in progress or ideas.
I got this. I get it. I just need to figure out how keep up the momentum.
